Rev. Joseph C. Huff is the youngest of six children born to Jerry L. and Emma D. Huff of Corpus Christi, Texas. He attended public school in the West Oso Independent School District until he joined the Job Corps at the age of 16 and earned his General Education Diploma (GED) and later joined the U.S. Navy. He furthered his education at Del Mar College by obtaining an Associate Degree in Mental Health and received his Bachelors degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi. He received his Master of Arts in Christian Education from at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in December 2005.

Before joining Antioch in 1994, Rev. Huff served as associate minister at St. John's Baptist Church in Corpus Christi where he worked with the Youth department, the Community Outreach Ministry, Vacation Bible School, Church Training Ministry, Bible School, and Brotherhood Ministry.

Rev. Huff currently serves as Minister of Counseling at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church. He has also served in Boys and Girls Development, Vacation Bible School, Advisor for the Marriage and Singles Ministry, Hope for the Hood Ministry, Brotherhood Ministry, Bible Study, and Church School Supervisor.

Rev. Huff is married to Barbara Jean Huff and is father to April, Jennifer, Joseph, and Phyllis. He is a man who seeks to be truly led by the Spirit of God. He has genuine compassion for the lost and seeks to meet the needs of others.
